Along with this, the service of calibration is of paramount importance. This service can be provided on instrumentation we produce, and certificates can be produced on request. In addition, TJ Williams Instrumentation also provides a repair service which applies to instrumentation produced on-site and also instrumentation which has come from other sources. Quotations for repair are made after the assessment of the instrumentation.
Manufacture
TJ Williams Instrumentation manufactures a large variety of gauges for a variety of different uses. In addition, TJ Williams Instrumentation can design and develop bespoke products for the exact needs of the customer. This can include specifically designed dials.
The products produced include instrumentation associated with measuring; levels, temperature, and pressure.
Certificates
Every calibrated item is provided with a Certificate of Calibration on request.
We can also supply Test Certificates and Certificates of Conformity. Please specify if you require these when placing an order as they may not be able to be produced after dispatch.
Calibration
This is where one instrument is used to measure another’s level of correctness. This is used to check the accuracy of an instrument. We use instruments of the greatest quality to calibrate our gauges and also, instruments we have been asked to calibrate from other sources.
Repair
This can be general repair or more technical repairs of instrumentation. We have a team of highly skilled engineers that are well adverse to even the most technical of repairs.
We repair instruments we have provided and manufactured, also instrumentation that we have not manufactured. This is on request from our customers.
